The tasting menu and dietary menus
Four dinner menus run alongside each other at Sala Scala, plus a Sensations menu for show-only entries — here's what each one is for.

| Menu | Who it's for |
|---|---|
| NOMAD tasting menu | The standard menu, built around the three-continent story |
| Vegan menu | Plant-based dishes through all three courses |
| Gluten-free menu | Adapted versions of the same courses |
| Children's menu | For ages 2 to 11 |
| Sensations menu | Appetiser-style dishes for show tickets sold without a set menu |
The standard NOMAD menu
The default NOMAD tasting menu follows the show's three-continent idea: a European starter, an African main and an American dessert, which Sala Scala credits to Yeray Reyes. Each course is timed to land with a related moment on stage rather than served as a conventional three-course meal.
Vegan and gluten-free
Sala Scala runs a vegan menu and a separate gluten-free menu alongside the standard tasting menu, following the same course structure. Neither is treated as an afterthought on the booking page — they're listed as full alternatives, not a single substitute dish.
Travelling with children
A children's menu covers ages 2 to 11. As with the adult menus, it's worth requesting at the time of booking rather than on arrival, since the kitchen is working to a schedule tied to the show's four acts.
The Sensations menu
For show tickets bought without a set menu, Sala Scala offers a Sensations menu of appetiser-style dishes designed to surprise rather than follow the three-course structure. The dinner tickets linked on this site already include one of the four set menus.
Drinks
Drinks are not part of the dinner tickets. Sala Scala sells drinks packages, with wine, cocktail and alcohol-free options, which you can add in advance or buy at the venue on the night.
Booking the right menu
There are four dinner menus to choose from, and the door is the wrong moment to decide — tell the kitchen at booking. It's plating four courses against four acts across three seating zones, so there's little slack to swap a plate once the night is running.
